Submit Deal Details

Use our secure online portal or call your relationship manager. Provide the OTP, property details, net proceeds estimate, and client contact information.

Client FICA & Credit Assessment

We contact your client directly and manage the entire FICA onboarding, NCA pre-screening, and affordability assessment — in under 2 hours.

Mandate & Documentation Sign-Off

We send you the Irrevocable Undertaking, Mandate, and Credit Agreement via DocuSign. Your signature and the client's signature completes the process.

Funds Disbursed to Client

Advance funds are transferred directly to your client's nominated account. You receive a confirmation of disbursement and the repayment instruction reference.

Repayment at Registration

At registration, you make a single EFT payment of the advance plus our disclosed fee from the transfer proceeds, before any other disbursement. The file is closed.
